Our NRC courses have space for 12 participants. There are a limited number of Subsidized spaces and Full Tuition spaces available in each class. Students are enrolled on a first come, first served basis and your space is not reserved until we receive your registration and fee. A minimum of 6 participants must be enrolled in the class for it to run.

To qualify for a subsidized course, you must have a current Washington State drivers license (WA resident) OR if you are in the military and stationed in Washington, you must have a current driver's license from your home state.
